Details:
While looking webserver logs I noticed that modpacks fetched with freeciv 2.3
had User-Agent set, but new libcurl implementation of 2.4 & TRUNK has not.
Attached patch adds User-Agent for 2.4 & TRUNK too.
While 2.3 had "freeciv-modpack/<version>" when freeciv-modpack fetched files,
and "freeciv-client/<version>" when client contacted metaserver, (and maybe
some third string used when server contacted metaserver), this implementation
always uses string "freeciv/<version>"
