Details:
If build is made with --enable-svnrev, use version number that includes
revision number when checking for existence of newer releases from
metaserver.
I need this myself. I'd want my crosser snapshot builds to inform users when
newer snapshot is available. Without this patch any S2_4 build until first
beta has just version number "2.3.99-alpha" so this week's build has no higher
version number than last week's.
