Details:
The whole left panel, and the two docks in it - the minimap dock, and the one
below it with the nation name/population/year/unit/etc - cannot be resized. I
can detach the docks so they form their own windows, and then resize those
windows, but I cannot resize them while they're docked.
I also cannot drag them into a different spot.
Version: svn checkout of S2_4 branch on 2012-03-26
OS: Gentoo, amd64, KDE4.8.1/LXDE-0.5.5
GTK+-3.2.3
