Follow-up Comment #12, patch #2195 (project freeciv):
cazfi spotted that gothic.ruleset was not included in the installation
(missing from nation/Makefile.am).
Attached patch fixes this, and also changes "Moldavian" to "Moldovan" per
comment #10.
