Follow-up Comment #1:
Though I checked before writing the patch that UTF-8 & friends are always
referred with bit count ("UTF8", "UTF-8", "UTF-16") and never as "UTF"
followed by underscore, and typical flag name is something that would never be
used for anything unicode related, there's a couple of special values with
such a generic names ("UTF_LAST") that they could some day appear in some
system header.
"UTF_" is consistent with already existing unit_class_flag prefix "UCF_" and
all the other prefixes that use exact first letters from the enum name.
