Details:
CodingStyle mentions old "config.h" name of the configuration header instead
of new "fc_config.h". Also, usage example had no "#ifdef HAVE_CONFIG_H ...
#endif" (as a side note: since we have not supported building without
HAVE_CONFIG_H for some time, we could drop those conditionals. But as long as
we have them, lets have them consistently everywhere.)
