Follow-up Comment #1:
I thought that this was introduced only as part of recent TRUNK rename of
classic ruleset, but it turns out to affect older branches too.
So, installed freeciv civ1 & civ2 rulesets do not work:
TRUNK: As there is no fallback script.lua if default/ any more, server exits
when trying to load ruleset
S2_3, S2_4: Rulesets fallback to script.lua in default/. That script tries to
create ruins when city is destroyed. civ1 & civ2 rulesets have no base names
Ruins.
