Follow-up Comment #2, patch #3420 (project freeciv):
Pretty much all the advice in the FAQ applies equally to both versions at the
moment; I just went through and made most things vaguely refer to "the Gtk
client" (except executable names, which will need updating as you say).
(I vaguely recall there may have been a Gtk 1 client, but I think the risk of
confusion with that these days is minimal?)
