Details:

New combat bonuses system should replace current hardcoded bonuses for
hardcoded flags (Horse vs Pikeman, AEGIS vs AirUnit...)

This is initial patch with framework itself. As simplest test case for it,
AEGIS defense against AirUnits is converted to use it. Though Pikemen defense
against Horses would use same already present type, it's left as hardcoded
flags (in supplied rulesets - custom ruleset could go ahead and use new
system) since AI uses those.

The AEGIS vs AirUnit case:
- AEGIS flag is removed completely
- Hardcoded AirUnit flag is removed, but rulesets needing it reimplement it as
user flag
- Units that formerly had AEGIS flag have been given combat bonus
"DefenceMultiplier" +4 against "AirUnit"
