Follow-up Comment #2, patch #3553 (project freeciv):
GCC4.4.3 complains:
techtools.c: In function ‘pick_cheapest_tech’:
techtools.c:727: error: ‘cheapest_amount’ may be used uninitialized in
this function
Looking at the function, I don't think it can, but I haven't thought of a
nicer way to shut it up than adding an explicit initialiser (say =0).
