Details:

Allow having ai type other than "classic" as the default type. Name of the
default ai type can be given with new configure option
--with-default-ai=<type>. Otherwise it's first ai type listed in
--enable-ai-static, and failing even that it's "classic". Note that
--enable-ai-static defaults to "static", so the last fallback is used only if
static modules are explicitly turned off. One needs to give default ai
explicitly with --with-default-ai only if dynamic ai module is to be used as
default ai.

We're back in "default ai" meaning multiple things though we have renamed one
part as "classic", btw.
