Details:
As of patch #3523 both gui-sdl and gui-qt need mmx.h. It can't live in gui-sdl
specific directory any more. Move it to utility/ instead.
Prior to applying this patch with changes to other files, actual moving of
client/gui-sdl/mmx.h -> utility/mmx.h must be done.
