Details:
In a game with a variety of cities (e.g. file #17386), if I open the
Goto/Airlift dialog, and then check the "Show All Cities" checkbox, the Gtk3
client seems to focus every (new?) city in turn on the main map before the
updated list of cities is displayed in the dialog box.
The Gtk2 client doesn't have this behaviour.
Seen with both trunk (r22488) and S2_4 (r22490).
