Follow-up Comment #3, bug #20664 (project freeciv):
Patch name is not given as parameter, but pacth should come from stdin:
patch -u -p1 < /home/david/Downloads/BoolToNonNLS.patch
or
cat /home/david/Downloads/BoolToNonNLS.patch | patch -u -p1
Meanwhile I've seen similar (not same, error message was more specific) build
failure myself which the patch succesfully fixed.
