Follow-up Comment #3, bug #20828 (project freeciv):
Note that the bug is not in freeciv svn at all, but in freeciv-web client.
Easiest solution would probably be to strip qualifiers in server side already
before sending strings to client side. That would not bring localization
support in freeciv-web any closer, but given how far it's anyway, solution
might be acceptable in S2_5.
