Details:
To work out some problems with crosser + freeciv, I had to adjust SDL_mixer
build a bit. SDL_mixer build installs SDL_mixer.pc (pkg-config file) that's
correct for my version, but freeciv does not use it but makes hardcoded
assumptions about correct SDL_mixer linking flags.
Attached patch makes freeciv configure to use SDL_mixer.pc if present, and to
fallback in old checks only if not.
