Summary: Badly constructed translatable strings in qt-client Project: Freeciv Submitted by: cazfi Submitted on: Tue 30 Jul 2013 10:49:32 AM EEST Category: client-qt Severity: 3 - Normal Priority: 5 - Normal Status: None Assigned to: None Originator Email: Open/Closed: Open Release: Discussion Lock: Any Operating System: None Planned Release: _______________________________________________________ Details: Noticed in menu.cpp: QString(_("Transform to")) + " " + QString(get_tile_change_menu_text That's not right for translatability. Translators should be able to set the word order instead of it being hardcoded to "Transform to" in the beginning and target terrain in the end. That is: translatable string should be format like "Transform to %s". I haven't checked if there's more cases like this. _______________________________________________________ Reply to this item at: <http://gna.org/bugs/?20994> _______________________________________________ Message sent via/by Gna! http://gna.org/ _______________________________________________ Freeciv-dev mailing list Freeciv-dev@gna.org https://mail.gna.org/listinfo/freeciv-dev
