Details:
Launching new game on small embedded device it occurred to me that "Starting
server..." message may confuse people ... didn't I know better, I myself would
wonder if the device has only dummy client and tries to run server for itself
over the network (a bit like freeciv-web does). So maybe we should say
"Starting local server..." instead?
