Details:
Turn gui-sdl2 in to something that at least compiles. Some of SDL-1.2 -> SDL2
conversion has been made correctly, but there's also a lot of code that has
just been commented out to make it compile. So this version is not even meant
to work. In fact it has not even initialization part implemented, so it
segfaults immediately when launched.
