Follow-up Comment #2, patch #4100 (project freeciv):
* Added support for the qt client, the sdl client and (untested) support for
the sdl2 client.
* Change capability string since new data is put in the value field on
DIPLOMAT_MOVE. (Wondering if I in stead should add a new field)
