Follow-up Comment #2, task #7681 (project freeciv):
I've created an S2_4 GTK3 Windows build
(http://download.gna.org/freeciv/packages/windows/testing/Freeciv-2.4.0+-win32-gtk3-setup.exe)
and the GUI looks a bit different that the 2.4.0 GTK2 build (see attached
screenshots). Is this how it is expected to look?
