Details:
As detected by fullmoon nightly build, SDL2-client does not compile due to
still using nation->is_available instead of nation_is_pickable(nation).
Fix attached
As a compile fix, and one to experimental client code, I'm likely to commit
this before next fullmoon nightly, in less than normal 36h.
