Details:

Add nation for barbarian type "Animals". Attached patch has changes to text
files, but lacks flag files.

This is not included to default/nationlist.ruleset as no ruleset currently has
animals enabled, and when some do, they should include animals.ruleset
directly (so it won't pollute nationlist.ruleset for the other rulesets).
OTOH, animals.ruleset is placed to core translation domain since any ruleset
enabling animals will need it. As noted elsewhere, moving nations from
translation domain to other will be hard, so we want to have this in core from
the beginning.
