His dudes.png should be saved as data/misc/specialists.png. Attached patch
then takes them in to use.
S2_4 version is a bit different from TRUNK/S2_5 version
- Changes needed to apply on S2_4
- Old specialist tags from small.spec are kept on addition to ones in
specialists.spec, to keep compatibility with existing tilesets that do not
include specialists.spec
- "duplicates_ok" option added for all the supplied tilesets so that above
duplicate tags in small.spec are ok. It might be a bug that "duplicates_ok"
was not set before, as we usually have it (They may have been dropped by
running scripts/capabilities when datafile format freeze took place for S2_4)
