Details:
A comment in the recent de.po update led me to notice that this string is not
marked for pluralisation in either of the %d.
Existing practice is to mark for pluralisation in "%d population" but not
"size %d", so we should at least do that. (I'm posting to -i18n about whether
we should do something about "size %d".)
