Details:
Make it easier to build just one of the windows installer packages by defining
convenience make targets 'gtk3-installer', 'gtk2-installer', and
'sdl-installer'. Rename old 'installer-gtk3' etc targets as 'wrap-gtk3" etc to
avoid confusion.
This also helps with situations like current S2_5/TRUNK non-buildability of
sdl-installer - with just one target doing everything failure on one installer
causes entire build to fail.
