Details:
This script (which is for Freeciv developers' internal use and not
distributed) has not been updated for the move from po/ to translations/ .
What exactly it _should_ now do will depend on the outcome of plans in patch
#4190 etc, so I don't propose anyone work on it now; just noting that it's
currently busted so we don't forget.
