Details:
The music before game starts (pregame) is from tag "music_start", and that's
exactly what it is - it plays only when freeciv is launched. Once one enters
game, it fades out, and cannot be restored without restarting freeciv. I think
it should start playing again if one leaves the game and comes back to main
menu.
