Follow-up Comment #4, task #7670 (project freeciv):
New patch version
- Updated against svn
- Make version number beta0 instead of plain beta to reduce people's confusion
over beta vs beta1.
Network Protocol Freeze is currently scheduled in two weeks, 15-Mar. Until
this day I have been completely focused on dfff. Now we need to evaluate what
is needed for npf and if the 15-Mar is sensible date at all.
