Details:
There were a couple cases where patch #2145 left unbalanced iterations,
started with pf_map_move_costs_iterate() and closed with
pf_map_positions_iterate_end;
The attached patch makes them match. I'm not sure to which releases this
belongs, or what impact it may have, but would be happy to provide backport
patches if this represents a more meaningful bug than just code cleanup.
