Details:
The Orange Free State (OFS) and South African Republic (ZAR) were independent
Boer republics during the second half of the 19th century.
Although Freeciv does include a Boer nation, the term "Boer Republic" is very
generic, as it may refer to the OFS or ZAR, or to any one of a number of other
short-lived republics. It is unfortunate that the game does not currently
include the OFS and ZAR, which were the two most significant of the Boer
Republics.
These rulesets aim to solve that problem! Complete with authentic flags,
leaders, and cities, this quality patch allows these nations to participate in
the struggles of civilization, world conquest, and the race for space!
