Details:
The Kingdom of Araucania and Patagonia was an unrecognized state with very
limited power that claimed parts of Chile and Argentina. It only lasted, with
minimal success, from 1860-1862, when the "King" was captured and deported to
France, which is where the heir pretender still lives.
It is quite an interesting story, and I think we should give the Kingdom of
Araucania and Patagonia a second chance. Hence, this patch!
