After comments in patch #3901 I reviewed svn doc/CodingStyle against the wiki
version <http://www.freeciv.org/wiki/Coding_Style>, as they had diverged.

Mostly the wiki needed updating
<http://www.freeciv.org/wiki/Coding_Style?diff=21630&oldid=20599>, but there
are a few updates on wiki that haven't made it back to svn (notably pepeto's
change about pointer declarations
<http://www.freeciv.org/wiki/Coding_Style?diff=17090&oldid=16310> from Sep

In addition, I've made a couple of cleanups of my own: notably, fixing an
example to use "int foo(void)" instead of "int foo()" in line with policy
elsewhere in the document.

Hopefully this shouldn't be controversial as there's no new policy here.
