Follow-up Comment #1:
Attached patch changes netfile_get_section_file() to use memory buffer instead
of temporary file.
This only affects modpack installer modpack list and control files, but
changes included for both receiving data to the memory buffer and reading
fz_FILE from there are needed for every case of getting rid of temporary
files.
