Follow-up Comment #2, patch #4734 (project freeciv):
I was thinking about this the other day. I think it would be useful to have
this information in the savegame too, so that when we receive a savegame from
a popular third-party ruleset in a bug report, we can lay hands on the right
ruleset version.
