Details:
I've just noticed that patch #3279 renamed the Ruthenian nation to the Kievan
Rus'.
There's currently no rule_name for backward compatibility, so attempting to
load an old savegame with the Ruthenians will assign a random nation rather
than moving to the Kievan Rus'.
The attached patch adds the rule_name.
(I don't know if the plan was to make room for another nation called
"Ruthenian". In that case we'd need to give the new nation a disambiguating
rule_name right from the start.)
