Calculated values? Has the ruleset format changed in a way that saving them
should reflect? Simple rule: If you do not make any changes to the loaded
ruleset in freeciv-ruledit and save it, saved ruleset should have identical
rules to the original (i.e, identical short of formatting changes, comments
missing, and unfortunately currently also gettext marking "_()" missing from
strings that previously had them)
