Details:

Following bug #22286, comment 2:
> Calculated values are now written. Since they are stored as an
> int the calculated values are now rounded.

Thank you Sveinung and Marko. Sorry, to have misunderstood the purpose of the
'preset_cost', which looked to me to duplicate the ugly techcoststyle1 array.

The attached patch should fix it.
