Details:
Since we have automake option "subdir-objects" in use, we should take
advantage of it, to clean our makefile hierarchy. Attached patch makes alien
ruleset to have single Makefile.am in the main directory. In addition to
applying the patch, remove alien/nation/Makefile.am
