Details:
Old civ2civ3 contained the buildings 'Aqueduct, near River' and 'Aqueduct,
near Lake'. These were renamed 'Aqueduct, River' and 'Aqueduct, Lake'.
If a savegame contains a city building one of the buildings containing the old
names it will fail to load in the later rulesets.
