Follow-up Comment #1:
Unfortunately, this interacts really badly with advance help. While the
information provided by the updated insert_allows() is more complete and more
detailed, it's uglier than the old advance-specific allows code, and
repetitive for cases the old code handled.
Now trying for something that provides the more detailed and more complete
information, with the nicer UI, to apply for all relevant categories.
