Details:
- Add configure check for C11 at_quick_exit() availability
- Add fc_at_quick_exit() that either calls at_quick_exit() or does nothing if
it's not available
- Client tries to use fc_at_quick_exit() to install callback that kills
spawned server even when termination happens with quick_exit()
