There's one metaticket about 2.6 help updates, but extras related changes are
so many that they deserve separate metaticket of their own (where to discuss
entire patch series)

gtk-clients provided information about Irrigation/Mining results needs
complete rethinking. If irrigation/mining does not produce terrain change but
extra: a) though the client still supports building only next_extra_for_tile()
provided extra, that extra is not constant a1) there could be multiple extras
built one after another; Irrigation->Farmland a2) it can depend on unit
building it, or the player, or global req ("irrigation built after turn 350 is
more potent") a3) server side does not have that limitation that client has,
and new client code should not rely on it. b) Result shown is not something
extras directly provide, but just an terrain specific multiplier for effects
"Irrigation_Pct" and the like, usually provided by extras but can have other
requirements too.

One problem there is to make it clear that "Irrigation" as an activity and
"Irrigation" as an food-boosting effect for the tile is not necessarily linked
in any way. (Say: building Irrigation results in tile native to Fishmen unit,
and "Irrigation_Pct" effect has only tech requirement)

Extras related information should probably be added to the autogenerated text,
terrain change by irrigation / mining needs to be separated. The challenge is
in making the link between them clear. If it says "Irrigation result terrain:
n/a", do people realize that irrigation may result in extra instead? But even
"Irrigation result terrain:" is much longer string to fit there than current
"Irrigation rslt:"
