Details:
Set keys in sdl(2)-client like in gtk-clients:
f -> Fortify
Shift+f -> Build Base Type A
Shift+e -> Build Base Type B
Not that Shift -based keys work in sdl2-client yet, due to mostly
unimplemented keyboard handling. Icons do work, so it's possible to build the
bases, though, even if not with the keyboard.
