Patches attached.
(The appropriate field was defined in the network protocol, but the server was
ignoring it. Arguably the S2_5 version should add an optional capability to
reflect this semantic change, but I haven't bothered since the editor is
typically used with matching client/server anyway, and the effect of a modern
client with beta1 server is mostly harmless.)
