Details:
Setting up a new machine, when I was partway through getting all the relevant
packages and had SDL2_ttf but not yet SDL2_image:
...
checking for SDL2... yes
checking for IMG_Load in -lSDL2_image... no
configure: error: specified client 'sdl2' not configurable (SDL2_ttf is needed
(www.libsdl.org))
In configure.ac, I think missing_2_project="SDL2_image" gets overridden later
by missing_2_project="SDL2_ttf".
