Details:
Any irrigation action, on any kind of terrain, works (terrain is textually
described as irrigated, food production points are allowed compared to
non-irrigated terrain) ... but the irrigation drawing, with the little water
channels, is not showing on the map. Uninstalled Freeciv twice, always the
same problem
