Follow-up Comment #4, bug #22982 (project freeciv):
It's from TRUNK. I can't test with recent freeciv, as relevant part of
savegame format has changed in incompatible way (there's no conversion to
"research" when loading old-trunk, only when loading from 2.5 or older)
My ver.sh indicates that game is based on freeciv r25800, with quite a number
of local (or backported) patches:
