Follow-up Comment #1, bug #23010 (project freeciv):
JFTR, maybe this needs no separate bug number: The feature in the GTK client
to change the rulesetdir (or rather to invoke anything with file extension
.serv as server /read command) also does not yet exist in the QT client; or I
haven't found it.
Changing tileset + soundset is possible (not tested, only seen.) I forgot if
changing the AI level is also possible (less critical for me, my one and only
.serv has "rulesetdir dunnoob" followed by "normal" for this job.)
