Follow-up Comment #1, patch #5445 (project freeciv):
See bug #22796 about recent discussion about freeciv-manual. Maybe it's not a
good idea to remove it completely from Windows Installer builds?
When I wrote this patch I assumed freeciv-manual to currently be only
unnecessarily built as part of Installer package build. In reality it might
actually end up installed to user's machine.
